It has been such a joy today celebrating my very first Mother's Day! Ava makes me feel so special & I really feel like I have the best job on earth! Ava was dedicated at church today. She looked so cute in her summer dress--even though it was only 50 degrees out. She had quite a fan club at her dedication. The Setliffe clan drove up from Chattanooga for the big event and lots of our friends were there too. Desert, Sam and River got to meet Ava for the first time, so that was very cool :) As soon as we walked into the church Ava started crying and cried all the way until it was her turn to go across the stage. Then she calmed down & was a happy baby--she definitely stressed out her Mom & Dad! She is 11 weeks old today and is really starting to develop a personality. She has become so smiley--there's nothing better than her smile--it brightens up the room. Thanks for checking in with us! I'm going to go & enjoy the rest of my day :)
